Background
During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, VOCs control has always been the key task of air pollution control. After several years of efforts, VOCs control has achieved initial results, VOCs emission limit has been reduced, but PM2.5 and O3 pollution is still in a grim situation. Therefore, VOCs governance will still become an important task during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. It is of great significance for enterprises to do well the compliance work related to VOCs.
